The Committee on Finance moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

H. B. 3464 -- “A BILL to amend and reenact §29-22A-10d and §29-22A-10e of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §29-22C-27a of said code, all relating to changes in distribution of racetrack video lottery net terminal income and changes in distribution of lottery racetrack table games adjusted gross receipts; and to restore moneys previously removed from net terminal income and adjusted gross receipts in 2014.
